Are we counting big 12 transfers as SEC wins?

Even if we are with Texas, the SEC still sucks

The only game so far that involved a SEC team playing a team from another conference with an equal or worse conference ranking was Texas and Michigan (both ranked 5th).
Every other matchup has had a SEC team playing another SEC team or a team from another conference who's ranked higher (like the Big 12 #4 ranked team playing the SEC #10 ranked team)
