LSU has its bad spots too.
However, after the tornados in 2011 my family and I went to Tuscaloosa to help out. We brought food, clothes and some toiletries. We set up in the Home Depot parking lot. But a lot of people we stranded at home, so we set out with one of our trucks to give away supplies. After one hour of driving, I can honestly say that the school grounds are beautiful. However, the ghetto surrounding bama is disgusting. They were so rude too. We gave one lady some diapers and some baby wipes, and the woman complained that they were the wrong size and said we were inconsiderate. Then we were accused of being racist because apparently we wouldn’t be giving out such cheap items to white people. It truly is a shithole. There are some good parts, but it is overwhelmingly ghetto trash.
