He doesn’t make eye contact. Could just be the angle of the camera.

Choked up with emotion

Also the type of guy who hates personal attention. Very animated and warmer in the team setting. Videos of him teaching football on whiteboards show this

Think about Ed Orgeron and then imagine everything the opposite

You are correct that Autism and Mental Retardation aren’t the same thing.

Never called him retarded, called him autistic. Like he has trouble processing emotions and making human interpersonal connection.

He just seems like a quite guy, sort spoken, he's also one hell of a coach.

He is definitely a great coach, which could be the autism, seeing patterns and such. Someone said he is an introvert, that’s fine, but they still can make contact and show emotions. I have watched just a handful of Baylor games but Aranda doesn’t seem to show emotion or make eye contact.

Exactly, which doesn’t make him retarded like Les Miles.

Orgeron and Miles both seem to have triggered you.

Don't you think your attitude is a bit hypocritical?

Something tells me that you were dancing around, high fiveing, and fist bumping when "we" won national championships under their leadership.

It can be a sign, it can also be a sign of drug use, but I definitely don’t think that’s the case.
