I'd bet he's happy for him
He's competitive as hell, but takes pride in seeing his guys do well. He's an old school coach. It's like parenthood. Sooner or later our sons can kick our arse. Just hope you raised them right.

Just told my MIL and wife the same thing. You know Nick is beaming inside at his prized pupil. He's like a proud papa.
