Gottfried definitely isn't a top coach and it was his time to go, but he was a decent coach who did some good things for Bama. Nothing more nothing less.

Sure LSU could have done better but hey it is what it is and an SEC Championship is not bad..Brand New Coach, SEC CHAMPS..NCAA BID...BEAT BUTLER,HANG WITH NC FOR 37 MINUTES NOT BAD AT ALL...for a team that was in disaray yr before...Alabama BB has been an eyesore for a while..LSU 06 FINAL 4 CHEERS

last season was a mess. Tasmin Mitchell and Chris Johnson injured, as well as Q. Thornton half the year, no one liked Anthony Randolph (no team chemistry) a coach everyone knew was getting shite canned, then an interim guy....
