Not really. Different universities have different codes of conduct for students and also the code of conduct for faculty/staff and students within the same university may be different.
So basically, there's no proof that these injustices you're speaking out against even exist.

lets be real when is the last time a black person has been punished for making a racist comment about a white. there's always a excuse that they did not mean it this way

People are punished by our judicial system all the time for "just words", and rarely because they said something racially motivated.

A little over 7 months ago my wife and I were mugged by two young black males. Throughout the mugging they called me "****" no fewer than half a dozen times. Not sure if this is what you were asking for. And for the record, I could care less what UK player said. Furthermore, the kid he called a "fricking ****" has already come out and said it didn't mean anything to him. If it didn't bother him, why should it bother me.
