Now lets turn it to the South Carolina girl and the frat guys. Do they call their homeboy's or friends "ni99ers", or were they referring to the whole black race as ni99ers(out of hate), even the doctors, lawyers, 4.0 students that are studying to become something.

Calling a white person a **** is a meaningless statement. "****" is inherently a negative descriptor of blacks. It's as meaningless as calling a black man a wop or a kraut.

Well when you're trying to insult the whole race and call them the word. I've heard whites call their close black friends "ni99a", Nobody looked at them as a racist. Because they know that person isn't trying to use it in a negative sense to put down the whole race.
