You are just wrong . Not even close. He stayed at LSU for less. As I understand it . LSU told him he was valued and we would keep him and we’re negotiating a raise knowing the Aggies were at the door. . Aggies kept raising the money and every time Aranda said no thanks. LSU basically matched the second to last offfer ,which was the only number lsu ever put out there cause they negotiated in good faith with their coach and aranda was happy. Then aranda turned down the last offfer from Jimbo which was 2.7 for 5 years. He never ever wanted to go to Aggies . But don’t worry we will be back for your AD who is on loan in a couple years. Same result Tigers win.

Aranda sought what his worth was so he could negotiate in an educated manner. He is very methodical we all know. He stopped the nonsense with a fair number. He was never going to be an Aggie. Repeat. He was never going to be an Aggie
