Wade should probably tell his AD what he's done and then let him make an informed decision, but that would take integrity and Wade has none

I realize this board is nothing but a childish, troll board, but please stop with the sanctimonious BS.

The reality of major college sports is that every single program, every single one, has boosters providing benefits for student athletes, and their families, who play Football and Men's Basketball.

The only thing that Wade is guilty of here is not having a middle man taking care of his dirty work for him. That's it.

Smart could be cleared, because he hasn't been subpoenaed to testify for the defense for a trial taking place in April. He could lie without any legal repercussions. Wade can be set up for perjury charges if his testimony is even slightly different, if he is required to testify than what he told LSU officials in a meeting (especially if NCAA Reps are present).

The stupidity of all of this is the LSU Administration requiring Wade to meet with them, at all, after the latest Yahoo report. All the LSU Administration had to do was wait it out, tell the media that they are waiting for all the facts to come out and will deal with it in a proper manner after the trial in April.

Nothing on those tapes can lead to proving "legally" that he provided any benefits to any player. Sure, they are highly suggestive that he did, but it cannot be proved "legally" based on what has been currently released.

The LSU Administration could not have handled this any worse.
