Just Say to heck with you commissioners and university presidents. Deal with the legal and PR later. A Waaaaaay majority of the fans in this country will support them. Who gives a flying frick what the media says.

The amount of people who make up the football boosters alumni ect waaaaay outnumber these academia hacks and communist activist commissioner.

The schools who want to play should band together. The best of the BIG10 and PAC12 would be a heck of a league.

They can't say no to their own presidents but the fact is a lot of these schools and coaches are putting on a PR show after the fact. They voted to shut it down and those presidents wouldn't have voted the way they did without the ADs also being on board. The same kind of thing happens in politics all the time -- get a public face to do the dirty work you want done and then publicly condemn them while privately thanking them.

B1G had an issue that others don't. A lot of their unis are located in places where crowds aren't happening and without butts in seats football is a money loser for every school. Those ADs don't want to lose millions for a season they think would be cancelled anyway and shortened at best. Unlike basketball, football costs a ton of capital that has to be made up with fan attendance.

You can’t say that. You have to say protest.
