Just talked to a friend that used to work at DCH - his friend, that still works there, said LAST NIGHT that 100+ were dead in the hospital - so many that they stopped counting....
I truly hope this isn't true, but I'm very afraid that it is....

I just heard on the news, that the death toll continues to rise. My brother-in-law was found this morning. Unfortunately, he was killed. He was in a store in Tuscaloosa when the storm hit. Everyone inside the store perished. The thing that makes me feel proud of him is that they found his body on top of a young lady and an infant that appeared to be three months old. I told my wife that maybe he was trying to shield them from the storm. This is a sad day and I hope that every Bama poster on here made it safe through the storm. I'm glad that Montgomery didn't get hit. We just had a storm with heavy rain that lasted about fifteen minutes. Thank God those sirens never went off. My prayers are for anyone whose loved ones perished in this storm.
