I remember seeing Memphis say that CC was ok. I talked to Hook just before we got our first round at around 4 or so but after that he had four go toward him. The Cullman tornado was headed that way. He lives around Boaz or Albertville I think.

1974 tornadoes

That one rolled right through the same area as the one did today. From Tanner, up Moores Mill, to Harvest. They say that it rolled up railroad tracks. I hate to say this, but the one today that I referenced earlier totally took out a church beside the TV rader tower. Not a single brick stacked. Also, Browns Ferry has 3 units off-line and lost a main feeder line. Last I heard it may be 3 days for some of Limestone County and most of Madison County to get back power.

I haven't had a chance to check. Thank you for the thought, though. I saw a 18 Wheeler blow up on 65. Don't think the guy made it.

Dang. Huntsville Utilities rep was on WAFF tonight and was saying 4-5 days. I hope he was just giving the worse case scenario.

It went around Starkville again. I don't know how many times Starkville can dodge the big one, but it got scary for a 30 minutes. Philadelphi,MS had a tornado saw it on YouTube a few minutes ago. Smithville, MS was destroyed a friend text me.

The town where CC lives got hit pretty hard so I'm glad to hear he is okay.

I'm going to have to dump everything in the fridge and freezer tomorrow. Yuck.

I am still waiting to hear from two people who texted me that they heard the freight train... I've not heard anything since. One was in Cullman and one in T-Town. I can't think about it.

I've been called in to help tomorrow with crisis stuff. I know it's going to be a really hard day.
