Well, to be fair... USC did it without UCLA's permission and it cost them a TO before each half.

We're not really upset by this, but it would have been cool to see. I for one enjoy the history of college football & this was going to look really cool and remind me of that Orange & Crimson Sports Illustrated cover from the 1960s.
But its no big deal in the end, just would have been cool. Not sure why Bama said no, apparently they didn't give a reason when asked, even once we had gotten permission from the SEC/NCAA.
