Alabama plays Auburn while LSU ran away from playing Tulane to playing the Ragin Cajuns...
LSU has no rivals..
Complains about playing Florida cause they remember the arse whoopings.

I'll just say the top 6(because it would be tough to leave out one team if i did a top 5) programs of all time in no specific order are:

Wrong.
Tulane ran away from the SEC to irrelevancy. Its not a rivalry if its just one team beating the shite out of the other year after year.

Tulane a rival. 
LSU leads the all-time series 69-22-7. LSU has an 18 game win streak against them. Tulane has gone 3-47-2 since 1949 against LSU.
