Hey Rickdaddy, it's early, but by comparison, if Yeldon and Cooper go 3 and out, do you think they're both first rounders?
Imma hang up and listen.

thats pretty damn good. I'd guess Stafford and Cutler have better arms, maybe Vick, and certainly Jamarcus (but he dont count) have better arms, but I dont know who else.

I can see AJ as a possible #1 or #2 Round pick in 2014...depending if he keeps improving ...He no RG3, but better then Mc Elroy was..

Well it depends on cooper's 40 and if Yeldon learns to not run so upright and run behind his pads , but both are beasts. Cooper doesn't have great measurements, but dude is ALWAYS OPEN. Any wr that can make all his routes look the same and not tip his hand if its a 3 route or a 9 route. Yeldon has good measurements. Like I said, both are beast but I think cooper will need a good 40 to go first rd.

I think Coop's gonna run a solid 4.4.
As for Yeldon, to be fair, most of our backs have started off their careers running more upright than they should. I don't ever expect him to be a straight power back, but when he adds some muscle and strength it's scary to think about what he'll do.

yeah its kinda crazy with him. he doesnt appear to a physical freak, but he runs so smooth and has a great burst that allows him to get separation even at the end of his route. He kinda reminds me of Ryan Broiles from OU. I think a great 40 time is a big deal for any reciever, no matter how well they did in college. But I've given up the practice of predicting players 40 times. I never thought Julio would run as fast as he did at the combine.

Yeah. Most backs don't have great techniques coming out of high school.
I would've liked to see Cooper with an actual 12 games. I know he had some snaps in the LSU game but was hurt. Didn't he miss 3 games

He missed the second half of the LSU game, and was obviously not a factor in the first half. Was hurting too bad.
He didn't emerge until the Ole Miss game. So for the first four games he was barely getting looks, and he was basically MIA against LSU. He would've had crazy numbers (and probably All SEC nominations) had he been starting from week 1.

Yeah. I was sure Julio would lift better than AJ GREEN and that AJ would run faster than Julio. It was the exact opposite. Once I saw what Julio ran, I knew that once he got his route running down that he would be good. He is on the cusp of being a top 10 receiver.

I think you could argue that he is right now. He put up great numbers, but he was third on his team in receptions.
To me it goes like this :
1) Calvin Johnson
2) Andre Johnson
3) Larry Fitzgerald
4) AJ Green
5) Victor Cruz
6) Vincent Jackson
7) Brandon Marshall
8) Julio Jones
9) Roddy White
10) Wes Welker
Just my opinion.

I just can't put Julio over roddy white when it's roddy that draws the def best cb and safeties roll toward his side. You have to admit that Julio , while having a great year, is doing it against the def's #2 cb.
Also you have to have Jennings as a top 10 receiver. .

True, but I believe Julio (no sure on this) played better on the road, and Roddy played better at home. Julio played better with hostile crowds, so, nothing major. I feel like if JJ was playing against number ones he'd still have similar numbers.
