You don’t need a legal case to bring a lawsuit. It’s more about the discovery process

lol

Only because I have nothing better to do right now:
The “lawsuit” you are calling for, and openly acknowledging is dubious nature…simply for the purposes of “discovery” requires a few things here in Texas. Namely duty, breach, causation, and damages.

Absent a strong case being made - and let me tell you - it’s way more difficult than most would believe, atm could find themselves in a worse situation (if you can believe that).

If the “lawsuit” some of you are so hot and heavy on is deemed frivolous and lacks legal merit, Schloss (his legal team) can, and likely will seek damages or other remedy through a counterclaim, asserting that the schools initial legal action was without proper basis, and caused harm. Everything turns shite moving forward.

Bottom Line: Not worth your time, nor risk. Unlike some atm fans, good lawyers will not engage is such stupidity.

Yes, the smoke has been there for awhile. Shame on us for not realizing what a PoS our coach is and was.

He got you to within a few outs of a championship. He's the worst saboteur ever.

OR he knew it was a possibility he'd leave but stayed professional and did his job to the end, well except at the press conference.

Imagine being a coach and realizing that if you go to A&M, you may get sued if you ever decide to leave.

No, if you actively work against the employer that is paying you, then you might get sued.
