What goes unsaid in the Bobby excitement but goes unnoticed right now is…is if Bobby allowed to assemble his own staff and bring his guys in, or if once again, he’s expected to be plugged in at OC with the other coaches. I think he’ll be plugged in and see what he can do with the current staff.

Another question is how long will it take to gel with players and coaches and the offense? Might be too little and too late. That is why the last OC was fired during the season because there wasn't enough time and was too late to make the right decision on players/coaches at other position to gel. Look at Mizzou games early on. It took time to gel and get the feel and players to connect and do their job and learn the system.
