I'm logical Monday-Friday; all week in the offseason. Saturday and Sunday.... not as much so

AJ had enough time to find Amari Cooper 4 times for 182 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Bama will be fine, they're the most talented team in the country.

Do I dare say this is the year Alabama football finally makes me watch professional baseball?

Not so fast...
Quanterus Smith was a stud for Western Kentucky. The Denver Broncos drafted him in the 5th round, but they were only able to grab him then because of an ACL tear towards the end of his senior season. He only played 10 games and finished with 12.5 sacks (as you mentioned) and 18.5 tackles for loss. Alabama didn't just have a bad day, they ran into a pretty damn good player.
I know Smith was legit, but he only had 3 of the 6 sacks given up. The best OL in college football shouldn't give up three sacks to Western Kentucky's other defenders, but either way after the bye week we got better in pass pro, but still AJ was running for his life quite a bit. Doesn't take anything away from Smith though, he is a really good talent.

That's 45 yards a catch.
I know Belue didn't play, but I mean imagine what AJ to Coop could do against lesser secondaries, if Saban would let them, which he won't.

Against the 2nd team defense. The first TD pass to Cooper he barely got off in time and it kinda looked like it got tipped at the line. Amari had to come back to it, then made a couple people miss and outran about 5 more for a 75 yard TD. The 3rd TD pass was similar, without the pressure. It was a quick read and Amari outran the defense for about a 40 yard TD.

I have come to the conclusion that we will lose at least 2 games.
Sweet, I'd totally take that. I hope you're right, and then you get to say what a smart football guy you are.

My point is that there is enough talent elsewhere to carry a weaker unit until they're ready. The sky isn't falling

this year is #thedecline.

AJ is a great QB, but he sometimes holds on to the ball for too long. Probably the only thing he messes up on

Here we go again. Trying to steal LSUs thunder.

I think we all know that. Most of us I assume are humoring everyone else. Ole Miss is the only game I'm really worried about, and even then I don't bet against AJ McCarron when he needs to make a play.

I may be wrong because it's been so long, but I'm almost certain that all of WKU's sacks happened fast after the snap, but like I said it's been a while since I've watched it.
