I just posted this in the Rivals 250 thread but thought you guys might know more about it.
This was just said on the Rivals chat:
Nick James has serious issues that have nothing to do with football, and until they are cleared up he will not be a Top250 guy.
Anyone know what they are talking about?

I'm so lost on recruiting this season. I haven't updated my Rivals account. So I'm lost on all recruiting news, unless I hear it on this site.

Most people got over the Tuberville issue after the 99 and 2000 seasons. To this day, I don't have a problem with Tuberville. That is a coach I would love to have back.
Would you take him over Nutt? Quinn Grovey sure as hell made the choice for us to take a below .500 coach with one year D-I experience at Boise St over Tubby.
After a few years of Danny Ford, the players reached out to Quinn to support Nutt's, "Nuttin' But Fun" campaign.

If Nutt was let go...then yes, I would love to try and get Tuberville back in Oxford.

Save your money, all you/us get are LSU's, Bama's, Auburn's and Florida's leftovers.

how many times has LSU played in Atlanta since Petrino got here?
I think once. Did they open the season in Atlanta one year?? Played some weak sister from the ACC, if recall correctly.

It's nice to know we still have a great Law School institution south of the Mason Dixon.
Let me put it a different way, right now, in this moment...would you trade Nutty for Tubby?

Not even comparable.
For starters, we got over Tubs WAY more quickly than Arkansas fans have gotten over Nutt. And even if we hadn't, the situations don't compare because we didn't at all want Tubs to leave. Arkansas fans wanted Nutt gone, they got exactly that, and yet some of them still act like brats about it.

If you bought out Nutt after this year, I can't imagine you'd have enough money for Tubbs.

The poor bastard's in Lubbock right now. It wouldn't take me more than a full tank of gas and about $40 bucks cash to get me the frick out of there.

From my understanding, Tuberville still has hunting land around Oxford. Supposedly he is up that way once or twice a year.
But I don't think it would be as hard to lure him out of Lubbock. I don't think he is real happy there. Ole Miss has changed a lot since Tuberville left. We have a bigger stadium since he was there, indoor practice facility, academic center, etc. Only thing that would hurt is Boone being the AD.

We'd have to pay Tubbs more than Bama pays Saban if Boone is still here.

Houstons first year at Ole Miss (2008):
Ole Miss 31 National Champions 30 (Florida)
Ole Miss 23 Arkansas 21
Ole Miss 31 Defending National Champions 13 (LSU)
Houstons second year with Ole Miss (2009):
Ole Miss 30 Arkansas 17
Ole Miss 25 LSU 23 (thanks Les)
Houston third year 2010:
Lost to Jacksonville State but...
LSU 43 Ole Miss 36
Arkansas 38 Ole Miss 24
So even though Ole Miss had one of the most inexperienced teams ever last year, they still kept their games close in the SEC after losing to a 1AA team. Houston Nutt knows what he is doing in the SEC, especially against Les Miles. I agree we wont have a very good season next year but wait until 2012, Ole Miss will be dirty with Houston as their coach.

I can personally vouch for that statement. Ex gf transferred to Tech from here. Went down to visit her one weekend and I can honestly say its almost as bad as Starkville.
