agreed. But none of the QB's in this year's class have proven they're franchise type guys. All the guys have issues. Carolina really screwed themselves over by not having that 2nd rounder where they could trade into the bottom of the 1st or keep their early 2nd and have their choice of:
Ponder, Kaepernick, or Mallett.

Let me lay it out for you:
Fact 1: Carolina Panthers have the #1 pick
Fact 2: Carolina might draft a QB with their #1 pick
Fact 3: Mallett is one of three QB's Carolina has seriously looked at.
Fact 4: Mallett is the most NFL ready QB out of those 3 QB's.
Fact 1 + Fact 2 + Fact 3 + Fact 4 = Mallett has a chance to be be drafted #1.
Seriously, adammwilson, how many of your girlfriends and mothers did Mallett bang? He must have done something to you for you to crusade against him so badly to the point you call an Arkansas fan "stupid" for thinking he may be the first pick.
