If Clemson and Iowa are both tied for 6th, there is no 7th place. That makes Florida and Michigan tied for 8th with no 9th place. That makes Oklahoma and Penn State tied for 10th with no 11th place. That makes UCLA and Washington tied for 14th with no 15th place. A&M and Florida State are tied at 16th with no 17th place. The next school would be 18.

I think you mean T16 and T5 in the SEC. So about where A&M falls as a program historically, maybe slightly better
