I remember reading about it from TexAgs ( 
for the most part but the links to KBTX are good). Apparently some large eyesore of a hotel is coming down as part of another development.
I've never visited B/CS but someday I plan to do so.

Yes, the Plaza hotel is being imploded on May 24th (my 30th Bday) to start this development. IT will be completed in the Summer of 2013.

They're tearing down a huge cluster frick of a building thats been standing for some 2 decades and has been unused at least since 2005. I think they're tearing down the university apartments too?

I know you guys are mostly f'n with the Aggies because its so easy, but seriously, in case you didn't know, Texas A&M is located in TEXAS and Texas is full of very beautiful women. Believe it or not, many of them matriculate to A&M. I was shocked at how many hot women were on campus the first time I went. I had heard all the jokes about Maggies & sheep & cows and the sheep & cow stuff is true
