I feel bad for Dooley and the Vols looking at their next 3 opponents. Especially being without their starting QB. Going to be a very tough next 3 weeks for them

Recruiting Rankings are nice...until you look beyond the surface:

Franchione had the following rankings:

2003 - 10th (mostly Slocum's recruits)
2004 - 13th
2005 - 8th
2006 - 26th
2007 - 43rd

2003 freshmen class went 25-25
2004 freshmen/2003 redshirts went 28-21
2005 freshmen/2004 redshirts went 25-25
2006 freshmen/2005 redshirts went 26-25
2007 freshmen/2006 redshirts went 26-25

Under Sherman:

2008 - ranked 16th (mostly Franchione's recruits except for CYRUS GRAY, EDDIE BROWN, JEFF FULLER, TERRENCE FREDERICK, and TRENT HUNTER, all current starters)
2009 - ranked 22nd
2010 - ranked 17th

2008 freshmen/2007 redshirts are currently 22-21
2009 freshmen/2008 redshirts are currently 18-13
2010 freshmen/2009 redshirts are currently 12-6
2011 freshmen/2010 redshirts are currently 3-2

Dooley needs to have at least 4 years before he gets Shularized.
