You are absolutely right! It was the worst decade in the history of Texas sports in the following:
Football - yet still accomplished as much as A&M did in their greatest decade ever
Baseball - yet accomplished MORE than A&M did in their greatest decade ever
We were also not great in basketball. Not our worst decade, but essentially the second or third to worst. It was still A&M's greatest decade ever. What'd they accomplish.
Oh, I almost forgot - they hired their savior Buzz Williams. So I'm sure everything is good now. Probably a darkhorse to win the NCAA tournament, right? Or at least will win some games and make some noise in the SEC tournament, right? Right????

And what's sad, again - this was your single greatest decade in football EVER! Meanwhile, it was unquestionably Texas's WORST.
The fact that this is even a debate says everything you need to know about the differences in the school above.
I'd advise you to consult the chart I posted earlier, but we all know how aggies struggle with reading statistic figures while looking for something to fit their own narrative
