31-17
Just another pathetic bowl coaching job by $aban. Get use to it. Its alot harder winning NC's AFTER you play your bowl games, huh?
I'll take 8-5 and destroying the #3 rushing offense in the nation over 7-6 and squeaking by a horrible Colorado team anyday.

12-2? I thought he was referring to OU's future record.

oh so now beating LSU at home means you get a title?
oh wow bring up history that doesn't mean shite. anything past about 15 years means jack shite when talking about todays football.

You'd rather be 8-5 than 12-2. You must've went to public school in LA.
If being 8-5 means we're in great shape with lots of momentum for next season. Then yes everyday of the week.

LSU will never have a program as good as Bama's. You're a second tier program, always have been. You had a nice little run and it's over. Enjoy the luckiest season in CFB since I've been alive and the 2 loss NC that LSU backed into.

how much has bama's history mattered the last decade?
fricking 0. no one gives a frick how many titles you won with a fricking gay pederass as your fricking coach.
0 fricking people care. most recruits can't even remember the last time you won a national championship.
go ahead and live in the fricking 70s you backwoods fricking retard.

I never said LSU had a better program than Bama, and you're just rambling now because you're a dumbass. A second tier Program is ranked 10th all time? Damn... What an awful program.
You have failed to respond to me in an educated manner. I said LSU has great momentum for next season, and you spit out this bullshite. Please shut the frick up.

Keep saying it and maybe you can convince yourself that it's true. Too bad the rest of us know better.

8-5 vs. 12-2 you do the math
aw shucks, you really make this too easy. As was stated:
quote:
2007- National Champs vs. Independence Bowl
2008- Peach Bowl vs. Sugar Bowl
Here's the algebra part:
2007- Impressive National Champs with a 12-2 record vs. Did anybody see us at 7-6 in the Independence Bowl
2008- Impressive 8-5 Chick-fil-a Bowl win vs. Laughingstock 12-2 Sugar Bowl loss
I highlighted the parts that will be on the trivia test (in a few yrs)
Notice the difference in the 12-2 records, and the bowl game options. Its called coaching.

Yeah, I cant wait to see how horrible these top 5 recruting classes are going to be with a solid Def-co and a stable quarterback at the helm. Just stop talking, take in the loss and post again in a week or so.

not to be an a-hole but you said "nothing to show" and I stated another "home win" for BAMA in Tiger Stadium......
I respect you heartbreak and 59 but you are contradicting yourselves completely with your statements

You'd rather be 8-5 than 12-2.
But you could have been 14-0 with a piece of crystal in your hands if not for choking for the last two games so it's really irrelevant what the records show in the end. Both times LSU had a remote chance of bringing home the trophy, they did. Many things had to happen for the Tigers to be champs. All you had to do was win your last two games. You controlled your destiny and blew it. LSU starts off next season with a one game win streak, Bama starts off with a two game losing streak. That's what you will read about and hear about from the media.

If its bowl games: MILES big time.
If its regular season: still Miles but not quite as much.
