2007 UGA was coached by CMR.... CKS seems to be a different animal...
CKS was quick in the press conference to point out the UGA has a long way to go...

What do you call what Tennessee has been doing the last 10 years or so? Tennesseeing?

This Tennessee team isn't half as good as 07, hell that team win the damn east.
Better UGA teams have lost to teams worse than this ut team so I'm not ruling anything out, but using the eyeball test this is the best UGA team in years and potentially one of the worst ut teams I've seen in 20 years

I believe he is referring to the fact that Georgia has had some very, very good teams yet they typically piss away a game or two per annum to lesser teams and get knocked out of the championship race.
VOLS, otoh, have been a dumpster fire for most of the time since 2008. We weren't really favorites for anything of substance
I will say VOLS pulled quite the UGA in 2015 and 2016 though. And here we are

Tennessee will rebound, win the game, Butch gets an extension, melt continues.

The reason Richt is no longer the coach at Georgia is because he pissed away far to many games like this.

I won't argue with this.

Almost everybody outside of Alabama does. It is hardly a Georgia thing. Crap. Tennessee has been picked to win the East the last 3 years or so in a row.
I do have to say, that for whatever reason, Tennessee scares me more than anybody left on our schedule. I am, as the OP pointed out, afraid of a bit of a letdown, and Tennessee has enough talent to win.
On a side note, I used to work with Cortez McDowell's little brother. (Is that his name? LB?) GREAT kid. I've been pulling for him every game. I hope we win, but I hope he has a good day.

Even Alabama does it from time to time. E.G. The back to back losses to Ole Piss

People (even uga fans) forget 2006 and 2007.
Mark Richt lost to every team in the east consecutively from 2006 (kentucky, vandy, florida) to 2007 (Tennessee and south carolina). We were a young team of sophomores and juniors that grew up and became the dominant force by the end of the 2007 season. We were who we were... a bad team that got progressively better each week.

Really? I hate to hear that. I though a lot of his brother. You could tell they were from a quality family.
I knew I didn't see him last Saturday. You guys have had a hard time with injuries the last couple of years.

If Georgia doesn't win this game by at least two touchdowns, I will be extremely shocked.

McDowell broke his wrist against Florida I think. Sucks because he is a senior and has been a solid player

Really hate to hear that about McDowell.
If you were playing anybody but us I would wish you guys luck. How about no luck this week, but good luck for the rest of the year?
