I like LSU, as do most Bama fans IRL not on this board. Les (like Bill Cosby before his dirty secrets came to light) was a lovable, national treasure. Coach O is just as endearing in his own way. Their color scheme, fan passion, culture, etc are all awesome. So, it's hard to truly "hate" them like a rival, and I can't recall ever not pulling for them when not playing Bama. That doesn't really fit the rivalry model for me
LSU was always my second favorite SEC team also. When I was a young'un coming up in Georgia in the 60s to early 70s my Saturdays consisted of listening to Larry Munson bring the Dawgs on home in the afternoon and then listening to LSU on WWL at night. The fact that Georgia and LSU didn't play each other even 1 time between 1958 and 1978 had a lot to do with that. It's hard to get a hate-on for a team you don't ever play. LSU's radio announcer back then (and I forget his name right now) had his own distinct style also. He could really get you excited about the Tigers. Even when I went to the Georgia game you could still hear the Tigers because everybody had their car radios tuned in to LSU the night afterward. Damn, I miss those days.

I never seen someone so worked up on a message board this man has 35 posts in this thread, was the first response to Op and getting close to 90+ downvotes also has a post on every page of this thread.

It would be one thing if he was funny. But he isn't. Every post is literally "bammers are melting."
