Make transfers redshirt and limit transfers to one school..I can get if a new coach is hired and you do not like him or you were lied to a ton about playing time...but pretty sure top coaches tell the kids you have to work you way up...unless they are a stud in a position very much needed

Absolutely!
They have made the game MUCH MUCH softer.
For example:
Used to, if someone went across the middle you launched into him, and made him pay. You made him think twice before extending his arms.

I don’t mean playing dirty. I’m talking between the whistles, clean hits, but you tried to make him pay.

This same attitude permeated throughout the field of play.
Now rules have been made in the name of player safety, but it has forced players to be much less aggressive, and that lends itself to strongly favor the offense, and causes would be tacklers to pull up, and miss tackles etc.
