Can we wait and see what BY does against a good defense before we crown him please?

Football wise he's a freshman. Last year players were given an extra year of eligibility. From that standpoint he's a freshman.
But, as a realist, knowing he'll never exhaust his eligibility and head to the pros next year's draft. He'll be a redshirt sophomore by football class and a true Jr. BY academic classification.

What, I'm saying is, he could play 3-4 more years at Bama if he wanted to and leave with a master's degree or two.. hell, he could even begin on a doctorate! But, alas,it's the lure of NFL and playing at the highest level of the sport that will be his calling. With his NIL deals and mama/papa seem pretty well off and don't need their son to financially support them...so...who really knows what his future holds?

Last time I visited the PoliBoard saw much of the same.

Tech board is probably the only place you’ll get even a slightly realistic sense of what people make.
