The letter from his defense attorney who is hired to defend him? Yeah it reeks of bullshite
Law enforcement says the video evidence disagrees with you.

According to the defense attorney.
They never lie.

The fact that so many Gumps on this site think a statement from a defense attorney absolves his client from any wrongdoing quite frankly is one of the weirdest things about all of this.
Nevermind that his attorney's statement aligns with what was said in court and makes sense. Let's just discount it completely because it was said by a defense attorney. The entire thing is on video. A defense attorney doesn't do his client any favors if he publicly lies about what's clearly visible on video.

So why is Miller not in prison then? Please answer that question without using a conspiracy theory that all the police are involved in a cover up.

No, they said it was all on video in court also.

Hopefully Miller gets AIDS

Lol there’s the classic Auburn fan I know. The entire court and criminal justice system are Alabama fans who will cover up a major crime where someone died in order to allow a basketball player to keep playing basketball.

Lots of people involved in wrongdoing aren't in prison.
The suggestion that him not being in prison means he's innocent is almost as odd as you thinking a defense attorney's statement absolves him of wrongdoing.

What is he guilty of then?

No one is suggesting Miller did anything other than deliver a murder weapon to the scene of the crime.
The video does seem to show that.

I never said he was guilty of anything.

You’ve got 2200 posts in 9 years Pete, but mercy, you’ve been mighty active today.
It was an 8 o clock tip. You probably shouldn’t have just spent 3 hours grudge watching a guy drop 41. You’re all riled up now and won’t be able to sleep

You did strongly imply it though, did you not? What was that word salad a few posts up?

Please point out where I "strongly implied" he was guilty of anything.

He played a role in the murder of a young woman. Maybe not in a legal sense but he will realize this when he gets older…that his careless action led to the murder of a young mother…
There is also the possibility that he knew about the gun and that he blocked the victim’s car… it is also unclear how the murder weapon ended up in Quinerly’s dorm room…

Letter from his attorney holds as much weight as a Gump post on this website.
It will get swept under the rug in Tuscaloosa and the family of the victim will get paid off once he goes pro.

No he didn’t

If he did this he would be in prison as an accessory to murder

Did the assist deal with a basketball or a gun?
