Muss can't stay at any place longer than five years.

I'm thankful for Muss. He'll always be a Hog and I have nothing bad to say about him. NWA is great, but it's not home for him and I get the complications that brings.

I think it was dumb he didn't wait for UCLA or Oregon to open. Those are places that care about basketball and would get him the support he needs to win. I don't see how he could've been so miserable in Fayetteville that he took the first train out, the USC job is beneath a basketball coach that good if he just wanted to be on the West Coast again. He was ready for a Final Four run here.

Cool. Let wait and see if Arkansas can go farther than the Sweet 16 this time.

That tells you even during those great runs, the administration treated the basketball program as inferior to a mediocre football program

Basketball doesnt make as much money as football of coures the coaches arent going to be paid the same. You probably think WNBA players deserve more money even though theyve closed their books every year in the red and have to be subsidized by the NBA

Wouldn't go as far as bowing but mad respect for how y'all bring it every year when it counts. Y'all have made Sweet 16s and Elite 8s in recent seasons with teams that were lower seeds or sweating the bubble.

Nate Goates and the boys looking to join y'all in the 4 Sweet 16s in 5 years club tomorrow night ??

Arkansas has been a 3, 4, 8, & 10 seed in the last Sweet Sixteen years. Maybe this years team sweat a bit, but even this squad had a tourney bid locked up with its resume by end of season.

Yeah you won’t see me hating on muss! Will always be a fan of the muss bus. He put us back to back elite 8s. He was fun to watch when he was here. Loved his passion. I understand why he went to USC. He’s a west coast guy at heart. Appreciated his time here. If we had another bad hire other than muss, not sure we are in the position we are now with a cal hire.

Auburn, Alabama, and Tennessee would kill to have Gonzaga’s basketball success.

Football makes more money at all programs including historical basketball schools like Kentucky but yet they made sure a national championship winning coach was getting paid more than Stoops.

Muss was going to elite eights and for a brief period of time was getting paid less than a coach with no previous head coaching experience.
