Short version? He was told his wife couldn't vote. Then told his wife couldn't vote because she copied and pasted his ballot. Ted felt she should be allowed to vote. It was denied and Ted withdrew. He said the rules are too inconsistent. That's a short take. If I missed something someone correct me.
