Pundits say title contenders need at least 50% of roster to be bluechips - 4/5 star. 1-15 should meet that with some good teams just on the outside.
How many of them have a real shot? Less for sure but you may be surprised which teams have that much talent.

Not everyone is on the board enough to be the first to intercept half the threads on a topic and be the first response, in both cases complaining that people aren't on the board as much as yourself.
