I was in College Station 7-8 years ago or so and I thought the entire campus looked it was built in the Soviet Union in the 1970s. Cant speak about now cause who in their right mind would go there twice?

That is what I thought. All the Top 10 to me from what I saw was awesome enough that a recruit would not cull one of these schools from their list for facilities.
