2026 Florida = 2008 Bama?

I'll start by saying that the Dynasty will never be replicated and Sumrall will never be in Saban's neighborhood, but of all the hires since CNS retired this one feels the closest to the CNS hire in the sense that the culture changed nearly overnight.

It's been 4 games, pump the brakes, blah blah blah. Florida could go on to lose 4 games, but I don't think they'll do it by looking completely undisciplined or getting whipped physically to the point they lay down and quit. Sumrall is a meathead and it seems like he's instilled that into his football team. Kiffin grabbed all the headlines but it looks like Sumrall is more ahead of schedule. That offense is going to be a handful for anyone with the dudes they've got running it.

I suspect he would have walked to Auburn for that job too
