If you are looking for the best linebacker in the SEC, then always check out Bama's linebacker first. They are LBU for a reason. Rashaan Evans is the next man up.

The best Linebackers in the SEC usually come from Alabama. Ruben Foster, Zach Cunningham, Rolando McClain, CJ Moseley, Reggie Ragland, Kwon Alexander etc.

Jalen Hurts could squat that as a 16 year old high school junior. It's not that impressive for a 19 year old SEC linebacker who has been in a college weight lifting program for several months now.

I took his post to simply mean all those plates were rubber, which made it look like more weight than it actually is - which is true, but isn't necessarily relevant.
