Nothing to prove chief, the call was made and umpires are always right. Fact.
Here's the deal, if he actually goes to third and is tagged out, he gets the call. No way that was a dead ball advance the runner situation.

You have done nothing to prove your argument right and continue to state that you know more than paid professional commentators. There are multiple people in this thread who have supported my arguments (the right call) yet you continue to make a fool out of yourself. You have no argument or substantial evidence to prove anything you have stated. Get a bigger shovel.

Except it was, because he was in the way of the runner. It doesn't matter if he would have been thrown out. That's just not how the rule is written, at all.

Name me one other time that rule was "interpreted" that way. Just one. I have never seen it, and I've been around a while. You accused a poster of watching his first baseball game. I am curious as to what kind of crap you've witnessed. Oh, I have watched MSU, with admiration, for years.

There is a lot of gray when left to interpretation (I.e. balk). "Intent" is pure judgement, that runner never intended to advance. Unless he's as dumb as a rock. I rest my case. Where's the beer?
