Mybad...2006. This is your second 10 win season in 20 years. That sounds much more impressive.

You should start by not being butthurt over a loss.

When you start speaking rationally, then you may get rational responses.

Until then you are going to be running in circles.

Petrino is not leaving, Arkansas will be good again next year.

You starting a thread wanting Petrino to leave Arkansas shows how butt hurt you LSU fans really are.

Better than LSU...............again. A better question is, how will LSU do in 2011 under Miles again?

That doesn't mean Ark isn't a good job. It's just not Miami.

Apparently you don't know much about the "U". The "U" doesn't even have their own stadium, bad facilities, no money to make it better and Miami is a dangerous and not a family friendly place to live. I would bet a very, very sizable amount of money that Petrino won’t be hired away to Miami.

We don't want him. I like Petrino's offense, the Power Spread. Petrino isn’t leaving. You will be hearing after the season that Petrino has signed an extension with the Hogs. Petrino is in the top 8 highest paid collage coaches and I'm sure we will sweeten the deal for him but more money isn’t the issue with Petrino.

Continuing to build top facilities is and don't think that Arkansas' recent announcement to build a stat-of-the art football operations center wasn’t part of the package Petrino and Arkansas has already agreed upon. Petrino and family likes NWA and he is here for that long haul.

Miles should get a lifetime contract. You all in?

Hilarious.

Petrino has been here 3 years. LSU fans just need to learn to deal with the losses. There are plenty more still to come.

Spoken like a new arrival. I remember that feeling back in 2000 and 2001 when we emerged from the cellar.

Here's to ya'll remaining relevant.

"The U" isn't what it once was.

Besides, Petrino is a Montana country boy at heart.

There are many reasons why he wanted out of Atlanta.

I don't think that Petrino will get as many offers as some people seem to think. He's a great coach, but if he DID leave Arkansas, he's likely to leave the next job in 2-3 years. Who wants that for their program?

I like to think that he has found a semi-permanent home. I say he stays for another 6 or 7 years.

This is kind of a he said, she said thing but anyways I have a friend down in Auburn who him and his wife go to dinner with the Malzahns at least once a month. He has said time and again that Gus has made it no secret to him that he wants to come back to Arkansas as head coach one day. Take it for what its worth but it comes straight from the horses mouth so it has to be partially true I suppose.
