Initially I was going to respond like an a-hole, but your question seems genuine so I'll respond in kind.

I'm an Alabama fan. I participated in the 'favorite team' bet prior to Saturday's game and, in honoring it, changed my favorite team to LSU.

Hey, I'm glad you had a good time. I managed to come down with a nasty cold the day before the game, so I was battling that (and trying to work) while the game was on.

Then we lost, and I was sick over the game AND sick legitimately. Those, among other things, contributed to me having a pretty miserable night. I wished dkreller was there so I could hurl him through a window or something, because I know he would have been right in my face talking shite. I kid of course.

I'm still (legit) sick, but I'm feeling better about the game. shite happens, y'know?
