It is enough....I mean, if you are wrapped up in other people's opinions of you, and that is a serious personal weakness, then you would really hate it.....but winning every game is all I can ask of my sports programs.
If other people decide to acknowledge it, then that's great, but if they don't I have to be a strong enough person to say that's fine, because it is.
If I were weak, it would bother me more, but I'm an unusually grounded and strong individual. Not an emotional cripple like many of you guys who depend on outside validation to tell you your dick is big enough.....

Obviously a good team but one of the best ever might be a stretch.

The 1904 Vandy team had a 9-0 season and outscored their opponents 474 to 4.

The SEC wasn't put together until around 1933 I believe.

No, it is not the best Alabama team of all time.....on one hand, it's tough to compare eras, but to think this team is better against their competition than the 1979 team was is laughable, imho. There were other alabama teams that were better as well....

In the end.. the only thing that matters is that we were the best team this year. And that's good enough for me.

I'd pick 2001 UF and 2004 Auburn to beat this Bama team and several others who were much more dominant.

There are ten just off the top of my head. You guys needed "help" against too many teams this year and needed an injury against Texas to beat them.....you also needed a classless last touchdown to try to quiet the shitstorm that was coming for not convincingly beating Texas with a true frosh QB.......

Neither of which won jack squat on a national level. You also need to consider the level of competition that each team faced. I'm not sure about 2001, but in 2004 - the SEC flat SUCKED.
