Cal was ejected due to disappointment in the officiating. His team only got 42 free throws and hit 33 of them. Cal told the refs he had penciled in 50 free throws and they blew up his game plan.

Or he was trying to light a fire in his team, which obviously worked. It was just too big of a hole to overcome.

Exactly, it's not like they weren't calling fouls. Cal just saw the loss coming and had an epic melt. Gamecocks made him want to quit.

That him getting ejected worked. Did you even watch the game?

That was the turning point of the game. Kentucky wasn't doing anything offensively before that and had zero fight in them.
