Well when the key demo of the best recruits live in the the area that these schools are located z it easy to understand why

People,get way too ,much of a boner over recruiting rankings

tOSU has to recruit against Michigan and Penn state to a lesser extent, OU recruits against Texas and the other THREE Texas schools in conference. Clemson recruits against....Miami and FSU who can’t even get people to sign with them.
