Pretty much no. They're at a D2 game this weekend for frick's sake. They've had opportunities to come to Oxford and haven't.

All I know is that I have heard a lot of espn guys pulling for a trip to Oxford. Van Pelt, Russillo, Fowler etc. Y'all have had some opportunities but there was always another big game. I don't know what they are thinkin with the D2 game.

Surprised the hell out of me when I heard you haven't had College Gameday. It took our best season in a few decades and a Top 10 ranking to get it to Lexington in 2007. Only time it's ever been for football.

I've just thought of something: Instead of one Gameday location in Oxford, how about 2? I would like for it to be on the stage in the Grove, but there just isn't enough room for all the fans. How about instead do that as well and also close down traffic on the Square like it is for Double Decker and broadcast the main crew there and a satellite crew on campus? Think North Dakota State did a good job by putting it in downtown Fargo, and think it would be great to get both environments in Oxford.

That would be a smart thing to do.

If we don't get it this year we'll definitely get it for Bama in 2014... We'll both be Top Ten teams... A lot of media will pick us to win the West next season.

We're the only SECw program that will be returning a 2 year starter at QB.. A team's QB situation has the most to do with it's preseason ranking... I fully expect us to be ranked in the top 12 after beating Boise in Atlanta to start next season..

If we got it in 2009, I think with our freshman talent that is on the field we could make it, and I think we'll almost certainly be in the top 15 preseason.

I haven't been impressed with Boise lately. I expect us to take care of business in Atlanta next year. I'm pretty torqued for that game.

True but we haven't even finished this year. We could still possibly lose to auburn and MSU

ETA: I can definitely can see us being top 10 next year, but I do not like to have high expectations
