The D has really improved since last year and throughout this year too.

Seems like they always start out very bad then get better throughout the game.

At some point i hope we open without spotting our opponent an initial 7pt drive. that is getting old.

A lot of teams script their first several offensive plays based on the film they have watched of our defense. In the past few games I am proud of the way our defense has adjusted in game to what the opposing offense is doing but yes it would be nice if our defense could start strong just once this year

At the end of the day it doesn't really matter if we can't start getting some guys back healthy. Our depth is not what I hoped and we just aren't the same offense with some of our key pieces missing.

When Kiffin took over, we only had something like 60 scholarship players left. Luke didn't do shite with recruiting. Our depth has gotten better but we need another year or two of recruiting to get a solid roster.
