Just said he accepted a job back in Chicago outside of journalism. I hate being that guy but I really do feel like the Tunsil stuff blew up in his face.

Well, we did struggle against traditional, run heavy offenses at times last fall (See LSU).

However, we were still fifth in the conference and only allowed 136.9 yards per game on the ground.

So basically he reported the breaking news and people didn't appreciate the negative conitation.. And the fact the NCAA came to town as a result... And he was run out of town or made unconfortable from the powers that be.

I mean I fell for him but at the same time... Im for anything that is better for the program.

I know a lot of the beat writers got under the staffs skin and released information on recruits and things that didn't need to be out.
That's why the limited media relations this year. Sparked by Yancy obviously

This dude swung for the fences and struck out. Dont feel sorry for him. He put his career on a guy he deemed credible, the same guy who represented himself, cussed in and wore a camo tshirt to court, and put his 7 year old on the stand who left in tears. It is not his coverage of Tunsil that got him in trouble, but the uneven coverage. He did not post pictures that Lindsey Miller gave the CL because they did not fit his motive and he did not report on the trial because it identified how unreliable his sole source is.

People didn't appreciate that he went all in on one side of the story. He based everything off one source whose credibility got torn apart in court.

I've heard it's Buchanan but Chad apparently had a really good practice today. So who knows.

Well Chad did not turn the ball over and was the better QB at the scrimmage so I'd go with Swag

I am excited that we have a leader though. Every practice we split up their reps 50/50 is a practice we arent building the chemistry we need.

I think it is Chad and have all along, but it could be him or Ryan. Chad was practicing with Ben Still at center, Ryan was practicing with Robert Conyers, and Devante was with Justin Bell. So if the competence of the center they are working with is any indication, it is a race between Chad and Ryan which is what we've been hearing mainly.

Maybe if you stopped blowing up about it people would stop getting as much satisfaction from down voting you.

That's an interesting thought. I have no idea if it's relevant, but Conyers is supposedly getting all the first team reps at center now.
