Okay I know I'm not on committee but I would like to have the floor to say my piece ...
For me the poster I find that would be very suitable out of this are as follows:
These posters seem to be good people though they are messed up in the head state folk, I believe if they were to be given access they would understand the rules and responsibilities of being allowed over here and wouldn't try to step on people toes to much. I also believe they would be able to add value with their posting as well.
Next group up would be:
I believe these guys would be very similar to the first group and also maybe a little more set in their ways ... might have a higher potential to cause a fuss but overall IMO I wouldn't believe they would because they would expect the same from us on their board and refrain from doing so.
This next groups seems all about the same to me good posters but in all honesty it just seems like personal preference when selecting who out of these:
If I were to select my top 8 & an alternative, very similar to they way they did for us, these would be the posters I'd allow over here.

PRO: Undisputed leader of the GrindRant; doesn't take himself or the board too seriously. His addition MAY grant our board some admin power. Maybe.
CON: His mother is a hamster and he smells of elderberries.
02. deltaland
PRO: He's from my homeland of the MS Delta and he is always going to say what's on his mind. He seems to be short on fricks to give. He has a good sense of humor.
CON: Again, he seems to be short on fricks to give. He lets his anger get the best of him at times. I'm sure he wouldn't bring any anger to this particular board though.
03. Requiem For A Dawg
PRO: Req is one of the more sensible posters on the board. He doesn't get too high and he doesn't get too low. He has maintained a good rapport with most of the regulars here on the BearRant. He's our best hope of keeping Rebelgator in check.
CON: He can take himself and the board too seriously at times. While he means well, he can be a wet blanket at times.
04. Slippery Slope
PRO: He has a great sense of humor and doesn't take himself or the board seriously at all. Grizzlies fan. He doesn't go out of his way to flame or troll on the SECr.
CON: He doesn't spend very much time actually discussing sports, which could be said for a few of us BearTards as well. This isn't a huge con. I'm just sayin'.
05. Eric Nies Grind Time
PRO: Dude is funny and might be my favorite Grinder on the board. He finds great GIF's and uses them at the most perfect moments.
CON: I honestly have no cons for this guy. He is an ideal Grinder.
06. Hardy_Har
PRO: While I'm not a huge fan of Hardy_Har, I will say that he has become a much better poster over the past couple of months. That's all.
CON: Sometimes, he has the PanhandleDawg syndrome, which means he sucks swamp arse. He tends to flame and troll Ole Miss threads more than your average Grinder. I could be wrong but I don't think I am.
07. 17theBears
PRO: While I don't know MUCH about 17, I will say that I love his username and all of my interactions with him thus far have been favorable.
CON: I can't think of any cons for 17.
08. NIH
PRO: Long time poster that would be a solid addition to the board. Because he has been in the process of honoring a ban bet made with Rebelgator, he has begun to post more little by little.
CON: frick him for making fat jokes about me and my alter
09. Tds & Beer
PRO: Good sense of humor. He's been through the ups and downs of both State and Ole Miss athletics and is able to keep things in perspective better than most.
CON: I can't think of any cons for Tds.
10. Jma313
PRO: For the most part, Jma is a solid poster and has been tirelessly working on his draft stock. He helped me out in a thread regarding fitness and nutrition and I appreciate him for that.
CON: He posted NIH's fat joke about me and my alter as his sig quote for a few weeks

PRO: I like pivey a lot more since his brother showed up. I'm not sure why. I don't really have a pro for pivey. Sorry, bruh.
CON: I don't really have a con either.

PRO: I can't really figure sharpSee out. He doesn't give a frick about posting on this board so I honestly see no reason to grant him access. Just sayin'.
CON: He doesn't give a frick about posting on this board.
13. Al Bundy Bulldog
PRO: I can't believe he lasted this long in the draft. He is able to discuss a variety of sports and is knowledgeable in both State's and Ole Miss' affairs. He would be a solid addition.
CON: I don't have any cons for Al.

PRO: While the sample size is small, he seems to have a good sense of humor. He's pivey's brother, which hurts him a little but he could possibly overcome it.
CON: I don't have any cons for cbi8.

Biggest N/A ever. The only time I've ever seen him post was to vouch for McRebel42 in the bear poster draft on the GrindRant.

Soccer Board dude ... great poster but probably won't visit that much unless me and sorant have another Soccer pissing contest which I'm sure we nor you really want that.
Would be a great addition but I'll say no myself. Glad he got mentioned though cheers to making it into the sweet 16 little buddy.

Well I'm sure the committee would welcome all opinions since it does affect us all.
I know their discussion will be the most important since more than likely they will have the most knowledge of state posters but IMO it would be good to hear from everyone that wants to put their $.02 in
