Rough weekend in Houston

Had a feeling this would happen. We're a young team on the road playing against some of the top teams in the country over 3 consecutive days. Lack of experience showed throughout the weekend (cold bats, overall mediocre performance from the bullpen, lack of fight late in games).
Don't think it's a terrible thing that this weekend didn't go well. We still have a lot of games left against quality opponents, and hopefully this weekend will show our freshmen that everything doesn't come easy. We have been a come-from-behind team for these first few weeks, would like to see us start out ahead a bit more.

We have freshmen all over the field. Going to be a few bumps along the way. Give them to about half way through the season. Will look like another team I bet.
Time to go home and build our confidence back up on Georgia State and Furman :-)
