If you're an Ole Miss fan and didn't go to the school, your fanhood is in no question in my eyes. Takes dedication.

My dad is a sidewalk fan and we've always had season tickets. He got me hooked on the Rebs from as early as I can remember, and for all these years of misery I'll never forgive him. frick sidewalk fans.

On a serious note I have no problem with sidewalk fans, we desperately need them and hopefully Freeze can build some sustainable success to attract more of them.

And for you in particular, the only sidewalkish things I associate you with is that 1. you don't care about our baseball team, but I don't know if that should really count or not. But in general people who go to school here develop a strong love of baseball season. And 2. It was pretty lame how you dipped out for 2 years when we sucked, but that's more bandwagon than sidewalk (although you might have had your reasons).

I still don't give a shite about the baseball team, but I can say that I actually enjoyed getting fricked up at baseball games more than football games.

That probably has a lot to do with the fact that I worked in the Barnes and Noble in the student union all 4 years I was there, so I didn't go to many football games due to work.

Plus I was there during the Coach O years, so we sucked and going to games sucked.

I had a ton of life happen during those years. Relocated a couple times. New jobs. I really didn't have time to get on here very much. FWIW

Like others have said there is a difference between sidewalk and band wagoner but they get grouped together to often.

Ole Miss bandwagoners should be ashamed. If they exist...

My Dad went to Ole Miss on the GI bill. He dressed me in Ole Miss gear from the time I was a baby. I'll do the same thing to my own kids. I've even been indoctrinating my nephews (my wife's sister's sons) for years now to make sure we branch out exponentially.

I'm a sidewalk fan and have been since my sidewalk father made it so 30 years ago.

During my time in the Air Force, I converted a few big12 and 1g fans to Ole Miss.

My two brothers have both had season tix for 10 years are sidewalk fans as well.
