Pitching will give us a chance today, but I think we get run ruled tomorrow. Regardless, the key is don’t get swept on the road and win all home series. A road series win is just icing on the cake against a top 5 team.

Gonna be hard to win games when 6 through 9 in our lineup are completely despicable at the plate. Hope 1-5 shows up today.

That was just a knee jerk reaction answer less than a half inning later. He said they’d have to get it actually examined when they got back
People are taking that and running with it like it’s not as serious . I put no stock into his answer as there’s no way they know what’s really going on

Yep nothing will be known until the next day or two. It's never good when a pitcher is taken out early like that and grimaces after a pitch like that.
