Some of you guys are idiots if you don't want Kongbo. The guy has all the tools to be a All American type DE. Best thing about it is at OM he doesn't have to come in and start day one.
I'd love to see him on one side on first down and Fadol on the other with bigger teams. Hell have Haynes play a little LB in obvious running situations with those two in.

If Penn is willing, take him instead of chancing on Kongbo and blowing it with Penn.
But I feel like the staff would already know this, so either Penn is still wavering on his decision or they are completely confident on a much bigger prospect than Kongbo.

Look I've been talking about Penn before he blew up. I've seen him play for two years. If given the option I'd take Kongbo over him every time. We have plenty of solid RBs. OL and DL wins Championships, not skill players. Name the last national champion that wasn't elite on both lines...I'll wait....

AU 2010 comes to mind. They had a pretty good skill player that masked a few deficiencies.

I understand it. OM fans are itching for a elite RB. I get it. We haven't had one in forever. This guy is the #1 overall player in JUCO. He doesn't suck.
